Stylish & bright 3rd-floor apartment in the safe & quiet upscale area of Polanco! - Enviable location near THE best restaurants, bars, museums & shopping in the city - 1 block from the nearest metro station; close to bus stops & Eco-Bici bike rentals - Walking distance to famous Bosque de Chapultepec & parks like Parque Lincoln - Very near La Condesa, Roma, Hipódromo & other popular trendy neighborhoods - Good Wi-Fi & an office desk for a remote worker and a 24/7 security guard on site - Guests need to climb stairs to the 3rd-floor apartment; there is no elevator. The stairwell is lit. - You'll have a dedicated washer & dryer in the shared laundry area that corresponds to the apartment number. You must use the washer and dryer assigned to your apartment. If you use one for another apartment, there’s a fine of USD150. - Please be sure to always securely tie your garbage in proper trash bags and leave it all tied up in one place. And please don’t leave garbage behind when you check out and leave. Take it out to the parking area to the dumpsters downstairs. - The weekly cleaning fee is 25 USD per cleaning and it is mandatory for stays 7 nights or more.
